The all new Summit Sapphire 88 cm Twin Tip Skiboards are truly super fun to ride. The original design and first model made by Summit Skiboards. We’ve made a few improvements to this season’s 88 cm skiboards such as a thicker core for smoother carves without compromising flex. These 88’s take the sport of skiboarding (and skiing) to a whole new level of performance, able to carve circles around anyone (literally). These are fast, turn super quick thanks to the parabolic shape, float in the soft stuff and basically will take you anywhere you care to go on the mountain. These truly feel like having a pair of skates on your feet with how maneuverable they are.

Originally designed for skaters to take their skills to the slopes, these Summit Sapphire 88 cm Twin Tip Skiboards are constructed to function impeccably with the solid birch wood core, delivering almost effortless carves, spins and backwards riding. Now you can truly rip the moguls, fly through the glades making faster turns than you can believe and still hold a solid edge when flying down the groomed runs (even on ice). Symmetrical twin tips allow ease of riding forwards and backwards and are great for playing in the parks and pipes as well as moguls.

Don’t let the size fool you, these are fast if you want to let them go and still amazingly stable at speed. Super fun, quick, easy to learn on and will take you anywhere you care to go. We do rate these for intermediate to advanced due to construction, width underfoot though skaters who have never skied will take to these almost immediately.

Recommended for: intermediate and advanced riders – all levels can truly enjoy the fun that these provide. Skaters will especially feel immediately at home on these even if beginners at skiing.

Great for: sheer playtime including beginner/intermediate runs, pipes and parks, moguls and pure carving with ease.

Base color varies between Black/Neon green letters and Neon green/black letters. Neon green glows off the snow.

Tuning: We recommend getting your bases hot waxed before riding. You can choose our Add a Hot Wax Service and receive your skiboards waxed and ready to ride. You can also choose to do it yourself with our Quick Mini Tune Kit to maintain your skiboards in optimal condition.

Bindings:

The Atomic M10 bindings are mounted with free wide brakes. The M10 Grip Walk bindings feature an excellent range of release values and is easy to operate. Adjusting the front clamp and heel can be done by hand without tools. These bindings feature: DIN range of 3-10. Twin pivot. Toe height adjustment. Adjustments can be done by hand and fits ski boot sizes 261-384 mm (approx. size 4 – 14 U.S.). Height: 30mm. Grip walk bindings will fit grip walk boots or regular non-grip walk ski boots.

Atomic Strive MNC 11 High Performance Bindings. Multi Norm Certified, which means it works with all types of boot soles – DIN, Touring and Walk To Ride (WTR). It has an Oversized Platform and U-Power Toe – a super-wide platform that provides extra lateral power transmission, steering, flex and dampening. Platform is also 30% wider than comparable bindings so it works particularly well with progressive wider skiboards. DIN range of 3.5 to 11. Boot size 4-14 US.

Technine Custom Pro DS Bindings: Include the Summit Snowboard Binding Riser Kit  The Custom Pro DS features a partial wrap around cuff at the top (referred to as a “double scruff” or DS for short) that provides additional stability and even quicker response for aggressive carving and maximum performance with skiboards. The three rachet buckle straps make it easy to get just that perfect fit.  Fits snowboard boot sizes 7-14 US. This kit includes Technine Custom Pro DS Snowboard Bindings, all hardware, Summit Riser Kit. Everything you need to mount and ride with snowboard boots on skiboards.

Snowboard Binding Adaptor Kit: Use your own snowboard bindings and boots. This kit adapts for best performance including Summit Snowboard Binding Riser Kit, leashes and Booster Power Straps to secure your boots in place.
