We Email Your Tracking Number:
Tracking numbers are emailed to customers for ground shipping only. You may then track your packages by going to www.ups.com and entering your tracking number. Sorry, we cannot email overnight or 2-day shipping tracking numbers.
Shipping Information:
Online orders for "in-stock" items placed on weekdays up until 9:00 AM
Mountain Time will be shipped out the same day you order. Phone orders
received by 1:00 PM will be shipped the same day as well. All other orders
placed after these times will be shipped the next business day. MasterCard,
Visa, American Express, Discover/Novus, and Japanese Credit Bureau orders
are welcomed. We do not bill your credit card until your order is shipped.
We usually anticipate shipping "out-of-stock" items within 30 days or less.

NOTE: All packages are sent "signature required" unless otherwise indicated in the comments box when ordering. UPS delivers Monday through Friday and in some cases Saturday depending on the area.
Shipping Availability and Charges:
Shipping/handling charges will be added to your order and are based on the total dollar amount of your purchase. See charts below for your geographical location.
Note: Customers who refuse delivery of packages they have ordered will be charged the full cost of shipping to them and the return to us.
Also, your credit card will be charged an additional $10.00 if UPS requires an address correction for delivery due to an error on your part.
