Binding fit:
Proper binding fit requires cleaning the bottoms of your boots from snow, dirt, and other prior to putting on your skiboards. If you clamp on your skiboard bindings with snow, etc. on the bottoms of your boots, then at some point, if the snow melts or loosens, the bindings won't fit properly and most likely when you are coming down the mountain. You certainly don't want your bindings to come loose.

Boot Fit:
Also, essential to a great day on the slopes is having comfortable boots that provide the proper support. Boots should fit comfortably, but also snugly. Toes should be able to wiggle and not be cramped in the front of the boots. On occasion, hot spots and pressure points can occur. Boot fitters are well worth the money to have your boots fit just right. The other alternative is to buy boots that have thermoflex liners such as the 423T boots that will form fit to your feet. The new Kneissl soft boots will also allow great comfort than traditional ski boots.

Boot Care:
Make sure that you dry the inner liners after skiboarding. This prevents molds and fungus from growing. Pulling out the liners and let them dry at room temperature. Also, store the boots with buckles latched so they will hold their shape. One more tip is to keep your boots warm when heading to the mountains as they will fit better and go on easier.
